Geraldine Hall, Maynooth

New class in maynooth

I will be starting a new class on Mondays at 10-11am in the lovely bright and warm Geraldine Hall in Maynooth.

The class will be a gentle yoga class focusing on moving and meditation. Over the 8 weeks we will slowly build, improve and strengthen our practice. All levels welcome. If you have any disabilities please contact me first and we can discuss them.

This class will run from 1st November until the 20th December. It will be an 8 week course. You are welcome to pay as a drop in or to buy an 8 class pass. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any queries about this or you need a payment plan.

All that you are required to bring in 1 yoga mat and 1 blanket.
