Cancellation Policy

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel insurance once you have made your reservation if travelling abroad.

It is your responsibility to read and undersatand this cancellation policy before making a reservation.

 Definitions

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.

“You” refers to the guest booking a retreat with Jessica Oatway”

“I” refers to Yoga Jess (Jessica Oatway).

Travel and Cancellation Insurance

To join the retreat you must have travel insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES you will be engaging upon on your retreat & TRIP CANCELLATION.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

 Guest Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your trip, I do not offer refunds for any reason. I'll gladly transfer your credit to another student.

Retreat Cancellation Policy

If I must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason you will be issued a full refund of your payment.

Jessica Oatway is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
